Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and content in a timely manner
• Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule and terms

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client shall own the final deliverables. NexSphere Infotech retains the right to use underlying code, methodologies, and display projects in our portfolio.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance payment is required before project commencement
• Remaining payments are due as per the milestone schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges or project delays

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the project for a period of two (2) years.

Limitation of Liability

NexSphere Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. The client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kaithal, Haryana, India.
